Below is the expected event timeline. We are currently finalizing the event program schedule and will publish the full event calendar in the coming weeks. We will send updates to registered attendees upon finalization of the program calendar.
We ask that everyone be tested three days before the event and that after your test you self-quarantine (other than for travel to the event). On the day of the conference, please also do a rapid self test. If you feel ill during the conference, please isolate yourself and wear a mask at all times. Masks are recommended for indoor activities but not required.
Note that refunds up until September 1 will only be available in situations which were not at all forseeable (sudden death, accident) at the time the ticket was purchased. Concerns about covid, testing positive, problems with travel, work requirements, family needs, etc., are risks which have always been foreseeable, and we will not be able to offer a refund for them. After September 1, we will not be able to make refunds for any reason.
Note that these requirements could be altered depending upon unfolding events between now and the conference time.
